Changing yourself vs. changing your spouse
This weeks podcast is about the importance of focusing on what you need to change instead of only focusing on what your partner needs to change.
It seems like this wouldn’t work to create a healthy, happy marriage but that’s exactly what will happen. I promise. If it doesn’t maybe it’s time to move on.
It’s so much easier to see other people’s flaws however when you can look inside yourself it can be so empowering and life changing.
We all know things we want to change or work on so choose one and start today.
